Located on the corner of Roe Highway and Welshpool Road East, ROE is within 13km of the Perth CBD and 9km from Perth Airport.

ROE are proud to have been announced as the 2022 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) National Award winners in Environmental Excellence. It was recently also announced as the winner of the Environmental Excellence category at the 2021 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence and winner in the Best Industrial Development and the Best Sustainable Development categories at the 2021 WA Property Awards.
ROE has received a $95 million investment by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC). The finance will further a range of sustainability initiatives including use of low carbon materials, solar power generation and future potential connection to the South West Interconnected System, enabling power export to the rest of the metropolitan area.
ROE was selected by the CEFC as its first direct investment to reduce embodied carbon in property construction.
ROE worked with Boral to introduce a reduced embodied carbon emissions concrete to the Western Australian market. Hesperia estimated 21,000 cubic metres of low carbon concrete was poured across the first nine ROE warehouses, representing, on average, a 41 per cent reduction of the upfront embodied carbon compared to traditional concrete.
ROE has recently worked with Boral to introduce a reduced embodied carbon emissions concrete to the Western Australian market. By December 2021 7,000m3 of ENVISIA® low carbon concrete will have been poured, reducing carbon emissions by 40 per cent.
